- Liaise with coroners/local council to process paperwork needed for release/burial of the deceased
- Liaise with local cemeteries to arrange burial dates/times
Transportation
- Driver included
- Vehicle with a capacity to carry a maximum of two deceased bodies
- Vehicle with loading/unloading equipment
- Routes to and from hospital/home/masjid/cemetery

Ghusl
Family and friends of the deceased are encouraged to fulfil the rights of the deceased by partaking in the ritual washing of the deceased as per the Sunnah.
- Strict hygiene procedures will be followed
- Facilities and equipment for bathing/preparing the deceased for burial
- Kaffan (coffin cloth) included
- Volunteers can be arranged to assist in Ghusl
Mortuary Storage
- Cold room for overnight body storage
- Capacity to store a maximum of three bodies at any one time
Repatriation Service
Sending the deceased overseas should be avoided if possible, to avoid unnecessary distress to the deceased.
- Arrangement of cargo with authorities/airlines
- Preparation of coffin to meet cargo requirements
- Transportation to airport
